I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Hawai’i.
Seeing the effects of mental health struggles up close at a young age inspired my path to this work. I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in child welfare, juvenile justice, and private practice, and each step has shaped how I connect with clients. I’ve learned that every person’s journey is unique, and therapy works best when it meets you where you are.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and families across diverse cultural backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, teen issues including delinquency, and life transitions. I am also trained in crisis intervention and stabilization.
I’m the founder of Foreshore Therapy, where I provide virtual sessions designed to feel engaging, supportive, and empowering. I also incorporate creative and experiential approaches to make personal growth tangible and meaningful.
My passion is helping others achieve and experience true inner peace. On our collaborative journey, we will work to identify meaningful goals and take practical steps toward achieving them. I aim to support and empower you throughout the therapeutic process while helping you enhance your existing strengths in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
We are all doing the best we can with the tools and knowledge we have - but sometimes external support helps us learn new skills, explore old wounds, and embrace new ways of thinking. Together, we’ll increase your self-awareness, build resilience, and work toward the life you want in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.
